Refund Policy

30-day money-back guarantee on shared cPanel hosting and VPS plans. If Blackserver isn't right for you in the first 30 days, open a ticket for a full refund of the plan fee — no questions asked.

Non-refundable items: domain registrations, domain transfers, SSL certificates, dedicated IPs, licensing add-ons (cPanel, LiteSpeed, Softaculous) and any one-time setup or migration fees.

After 30 days: annual and multi-year plans can be cancelled at any time and we'll refund the unused whole months on a pro-rata basis, less any non-refundable items above.

Chargebacks: please contact us before filing a chargeback — we resolve almost every dispute within 24 hours. Fraudulent chargebacks may result in account termination.

To request a refund, open a ticket from your dashboard or email legal@blackserver.in with your invoice number. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
