Fine print

Exclusions and claims

Scheduled maintenance (announced at least 48 hours in advance via the status page), force majeure, customer misconfiguration, DDoS attacks mitigated within reasonable timeframes, and issues in third-party networks outside our peering are excluded from downtime calculations.

To claim a credit, open a ticket within 30 days of the incident referencing the affected service and the observed downtime window. Verified credits are applied to your next invoice; credits are non-transferable and non-refundable in cash.
